Questions about how we work
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A standard website typically takes 3–6 weeks. A custom software project can take 2–6 months. We provide a clear timeline estimate during the Strategize phase before any work begins.
Do I need to know what I want before we start?
No. The Discover phase is specifically designed to help you clarify what you need. Many clients come to us with a problem, not a solution — and that's exactly the right starting point.
What happens after launch?
We offer ongoing maintenance, support and improvement packages. The Grow phase is an ongoing relationship, not a one-time event. We monitor performance, fix issues and continue to improve the product.
Do I own the website and code after the project?
Yes. You own everything we build for you — the website, the code, the content and the data. We don't lock you in.
Can you work with my existing systems?
In most cases, yes. We assess your existing technology during the Discover phase and design the new solution to integrate with what you already have where possible.
